Full Time Warehouse Person – Head Office (Delta)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Accurately picking / Packing orders -Safely loading / unloading trucks
-Maintain inventory accuracy
-Accurately replenish stocking bins
-Accurately receive / Put away product
-some data entry required REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to work effectively as a team
-Minimum 2 year experience working in a warehouse
-Ability to lift 80 lbs
-Valid Driver Licence with clean driver’s abstract
-Requires basic reading and arithmetic skills and strong command of the English language
-Requires basic computer skills
-Previous material handling equipment experience
-Valid forklift certification on sit down counter balance
-Some experience truck driving an asset but not required
-Must be available Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00 pm.
-May be required to work some weekend

Success in this role calls for strong customer service skills and an energetic and diligent work ethic.

Retail Tiles Sale (Langley)

We are fast paced, multi location, retail chain, selling tile and stone, operating throughout the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. We need people with a flair for design and understanding of our customer needs. A passion for customer service and growth. We supply tile and stone products for designers and the contractors and the homeowner and the do-it-yourselfers.
Our strengths are knowledge, service, commitment and customer care this set us apart from the other big box retailers.The successful candidate should possess some level of design skills, be an energetic team player with a positive work attitude. This person should have excellent telephone and communication skills and genuinely enjoy working with other team members Experience in the home renovation and tile setting industry a definite asset. Job duties/ Responsibilities:

Responding to and processing incoming calls/orders
Entering orders into the computer system
Assisting customers with their selections
Maintaining knowledge base of current products and learning about new products
Providing price quotations
Assembling and load customer with their orders
Build and maintain customer relationships
Identify problems, correct and resolve issues in a professional manner
Respond to inquiries and provide product knowledge
Other duties as requested

Qualifications

Min of 2 years in a customer serviced based industry
Proficient with windows based computer programs
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Detail oriented and organized
Effective time management skills
Highly motivated and committed to success
