Do you do installation?

No we do not do installations but we are happy to provide you with a list of Tiles setters who will be more then happy to come to your home and give you an estimate.

Do you delivery?

No we are strictly a cash and carry warehouse, however  if your purchase is too big for your own vehicle we are happy to provide telephone numbers for cartage companies.

Do you cut tiles?

Yes we do. We have an on sight wet saw as well as manual cutters. We do charge a small fee for doing cuts.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is clearly written on our invoices as well as posted in all of our stores if you do have any questions at all about the return policy one of our associates will be happy to discuss it with you.

How can i figure out how many tiles i should get?

Measure your area bring in those measurements to any of our stores and we can figure out for you how many tiles you need.

Do you accept cheque?

No

Can i borrow samples?

Yes we allow you to take samples home in fact we encourage it however we do charge for our samples and the money will be fully refunded when you bring the tiles back.

How much does a box weigh?

Weights vary depending on the tile you choose.  A box can weight from 30lbs to over 50lbs.

The grout lines are getting dirty

The grout lines are getting dirty You should always seal your grout no matter where you put it, this allows for easy clean up and protects the grout from staining.
